Michelle Girasole, Founder
Michelle Girasole is a visionary founder, storyteller, and experience designer with a lifelong belief in the power of stories to connect people—to places, to purpose, and to one another. She began her career in digital marketing and communications, working at the intersection of technology and storytelling long before “experiential” became a buzzword.
Over the course of her 30-year career, Michelle has collaborated with hundreds of small businesses and nonprofit organizations, helping them shape narratives that inspire action and create meaningful impact. That work planted the seed for what would become Fresh Adventures: a growing vision to design immersive storytelling experiences that not only change lives, but contribute to a more connected and compassionate world.
Driven by a deep curiosity about the world and a desire to explore one place at a time, Michelle began imagining new ways to experience stories where they actually happened. Her background in digital communications technology led her to partner with MooveTeam in Barcelona, Spain, who pioneered the use of mobile app technology to bring place-based storytelling to life.
Through this collaboration, Michelle launched FreshMaps—guided experiences that blend modern exploration with ancient storytelling traditions. By inviting travelers to walk through history, culture, and lived experience in real-world settings, Fresh Adventures transforms travel into something richer, more reflective, and deeply human.
